Sealed Attic and Crawlspace
I'm a new investor and have my first home under contract in Kansas City. The inspection was done this week. The attic and crawlspace though were sealed shut. My realtor acts says it shouldn't be a concern that I'm unable to have those areas looked at. I would have concerns about this anyway, but do so especially because there has been moisture in the house and the attic is not vented. Would other people feel comfortable purchasing without seeing these areas?

I would never buy a home without seeing those areas. Never. And i would fire the real estate agent for saying it's not a big deal.
