Happy Tuesday!! I am jumping in to the mobile home investing strategy and hoping to connect with other like-minded and motivated people. I've read, listened, planned and plotted, and now it's time for ACTION. I'm brand new to RE and have purchased a duplex out of state to start. My real interest is with mobile homes though. I'm looking to connect with local investors that see the value in the mobile home market and talk business building ideas and support. Anyone in the Sacramento area? Know of any local meet ups?
