Mobile Homes as Investments.

Hello BP,

I am very green with my knowledge with mobile house investments. I started looking at a couple homes in my area, I noticed that the prices are much cheaper than a normal house but I am confused by the addition "$1400" for land rent that the mobile home resides on. Is this considered to be normal?

This place has a lot of information you are looking for, including videos. I'm not affiliated with them. They seem to have some really good videos as this is what they do.
