Hi all! Very new to the mobile park investment world and am down in Miami! Do any of you know of a fund or a park where you can buy stock or ownership and then receive a dividend as an investment? Please let me know your thoughts! Any advice, connections or reading materials would be greatly appreciated! David

Hi all! I am new to Real Estate and looking to invest in Miami/North Miami area. Where (potentially on the MLS too) would I be able to look fir foreclosure deals or monitor properties of interest that may be foreclosed? Please let me know your thoughts! Any advice, connections or reading materials would be greatly appreciated! David

Hi all!

As stated in the title, I am new to to this game and looking for advice. I left my position at a company back in New York to come to Miami and get my real estate license and pursue a career in real estate.

I have a very good history of employment for the last 5 years at 3 highly regarded companies. I am now looking to buy an apartment and would like to know my options and best practices for acquiring a mortgage, now that I am not earning a salary. Would I need to work for a company again to obtain a good mortgage? Would it have to be in the sane industry? Is it no problem that I am unemployed because it has only been for a few weeks?

Please let me know your thoughts! Any advice, connections or reading materials would be greatly appreciated!
