Brokers rate to market a MHP

What is the range of broker commissions charged to the seller on a small park 10-60 spaces ( 1-8 M sales price)?

specifically AZ, NV TX, UT, WA and CA

Everything is negotiable!

Really depends on what you are looking for. Brokers acting as paper pushers and contract writers will obviously charge alot less than a broker taking on all responsibilities including marketing.
