What is the range of broker commissions charged to the seller on a small park 10-60 spaces ( 1-8 M sales price)?

specifically AZ, NV TX, UT, WA and CA

we vacancy in one of our single family long term house in leander.  if you have interested renters our current property manager will cooperate.  

how is rental market in that area these days?
