Arizona is a non attorney state, so no lawyers are needed to conduct a real estate transaction here.

@Armando Carrera, Its very unlikely. Between risky behavior of bankers and then the government not wanting to make a housing crisis worse, 15% down programs are the best we have right now. 10% down is still available for vacation / 2nd homes, but for the purposes of conventional investment loans - 10 down.
