BiggerPockets Podcast new episodes

Hi BP, I'm a huge fan of the Podcast. I listen on google play, listened to every episode some multiple times until episode 295. I've learned so much from every episode. The only issue is that google play doesn't have any new episodes after #295. Is this a thing or is it only on my end. Thanks,

Hi @Paul DeSilva.

Many of our members are experiencing this same issue - but not all of them. This sporadic issue affects only Google Play, and only for some people. (My Google Play has the latest episode of both podcasts.)

Try to uninstall and reinstall Google Play, use Google Podcasts (which doesn't seem to have an issue) or use another podcast app like CastBox or Podcast Addict. Google Play is the only app having issues and my podcast hosting company swears up and down that I'm doing everything right on my end.

Sorry you're experiencing issues, but I promise we're putting out an episode every week. (Two actually, have you listened to BiggerPockets Money?)
