How to stop Forum Post notifications?

Somewhere along the line BP asked me if I wanted to get notified every time someone posted int he Multi Family forum.  I clicked yes, but now it is too much.

I cannot find where to cancel this.  When I got to manage keyword alerts it does not show up.

Help please!!!
