I just got off the webinar with BP Brandon!  If you missed it you probably have no idea how to find and analyze a property.  Kidding!  But really it was well worth it.  He covered the top 10 ways to find a deal, the top 10 mistakes (I know I've made at least a few) that new investors make, how to finance a deal, and probably what I thought was the best part of the entire thing, a live demonstration of biggerpockets.com/calc for analyzing a rental property! The q&a session was great also!
