nice presentation.. a lot of solid advice and REALITY check for those starting their journey to financial freedom through rentals..

Oh i saw it pop up on the screen but it was there and gone way to fast.. maybe in the future you could point that out a little better and then give folks time to write it down and simply a little more clairfication for us that are not very swift with this stuff :)  I know real estate pretty well but on line stuff I get way bogged down .

Thank you .. Like I said I think Scott did a wonderful presentation and really was on point for SAFE successful long term investing.. its actually the very first webinar on real estate I actually sat through for more than 10 minutes..
