Cash Rules-A suggested feature for those that are "down with BPP"?
So after seeing a ton of people on BP "seeking funds" I think a feature should be added to streamline these request. (Perhaps there is a feature and my ADD gets lost on some cool post by other members. if so, my apologies for the redundant post :-) )
Perhaps BP Pros pay monthly or annually to access FUNDS AREA where they can network easier with lenders Also, making a scoring system for those that pay it forward by participation in the forums that can also ear. "Rewards Points".
Although I only currently make the deals rather than fund them, if I were lending it would be rather tedious to sift through all those seeking funds on the boards.
Part of being A PRO and having rewards would act as a filter and VET other members on both sides of borrowing and lending.
I know I personally don't seek funds because it seems there are so many random post seeking funds that it seems futile.
Anywho, just a thought! :-)

As a potential borrower I certainly see what you're after. Lending has many restrictions and practices that networking across state lines will be pretty hard for many lenders, they just can't go there.
There can also be issues with the Angie's List approach with a servicer provider having their service "pumped up", an issue in the internet marketing world. It's fine if you know who is commenting.
Josh is an innovative guy, look forward to his implementing things that help members vet any service or advice given on BP. :)
