Foundation repair in South Texas

Skyler Harris
Posted

I’m currently under contract for a house, specifically in New Braunfels. It’s a two story 2Ksqft house. Slab foundation.

Had it inspected and came back saying foundation needs work. Had a company go out there today. And got quoted for 8,600 dollars... 14 composite piers being the bulk of it.

Just posting on here to see if someone has any good referrals in the area or even companies to stay away from. I’m nervous about this cause I have not seen the house ( I work out of town and jumped on it cause it seemed like a good deal.) and this is my first experience with any kind of foundation.

@Skyler Harris

I'm not sure what the going rate of foundation piers are; however, I had a great experience with one contractor here in San Antonio. DM me and I can pass on his information if you want. Good luck!
