Hey Blake!

I hope you're doing well. 

I've recommended "Home Team Inspection Services" in the past and they've done a great job.

They usually have a team of inspectors who specialize in different components (i.e. plumbing, HVAC, roofing etc.) go through the property and provide you with a comprehensive report within 24-48 hours.
