Hey @Account Closed!

Excited to hear you're interested in the Louisville area. It's a great city and the investor community is strong. I and @Luke Neubauer run an investor MeetUp group in town called the "Louisville Real Estate Investor" MeetUp group. Although we haven't been able to meet in person since March, we have been hosting bi-monthly virtual meetings where we invite speakers to talk about real estate investing topics. This month we will be hosting @Scott Trench, CEO of BiggerPockets, for an evening Zoom call. I've provided the link to the BiggerPockets event below:

https://www.biggerpockets.com/...

Along with that, you can search for our group on MeetUp and join to be notified of future events. Our hope is that by some time at the end of February or March, we'll be able to meet in person again. Prior to the pandemic, our meeting attendance ranged from 80-100 people. Looking forward to seeing you on the call and at future meetings!

All the best,
