seeking investor friendly contractor for rehab(s)

Hello BP,  I hope i am posting this in the correct category!

So I had a guy that was able to walk a property and give me a ballpark estimate of what rehabs would run.  He has moved onto bigger and better things and is way too tied up with his new venture to help with this.  Can anyone recommend a reasonably priced contractor that is able to give quotes in exchange for either a per property fee or awarding jobs to this contractor?  The property i am currently needing a quote on is in norfolk but will have others in the chesapeake, virginia beach, and portsmouth areas of virginia.  happy new year!
