I am also coming across quite a few that list the owners name followed by "Est Et Al".  example: Spiegelhof, Augusta Est Et Al. 

From what i can tell from google searches, this most likely means that the owner may have passed away and left the property to heirs.  Is there anyone that might be able to point me in the right direction regarding how to locate these heirs to see if they may want to sell the property? 

afternoon team, i am still working on building my database of mobile home park owners in the south east region.  i have had good success retrieving the property owners information by using the county gis websites but have also ran into quite a few roadblocks regarding owners who use an attorney as the only agent of an llc.  Has anyone found a way to track down contact information for owners that use attorneys or even a management company as the registered agents of the llc who will not give this information out for obvious reasons? 

Hello BP,  I hope i am posting this in the correct category!

So I had a guy that was able to walk a property and give me a ballpark estimate of what rehabs would run.  He has moved onto bigger and better things and is way too tied up with his new venture to help with this.  Can anyone recommend a reasonably priced contractor that is able to give quotes in exchange for either a per property fee or awarding jobs to this contractor?  The property i am currently needing a quote on is in norfolk but will have others in the chesapeake, virginia beach, and portsmouth areas of virginia.  happy new year!

thank you for the welcomes!  currently seeking a single family unit in the chesapeake or va beach area at least 2 bedrooms with the potential and space to add square footage and preferably that needs work. 

located in chesapeake and ready to begin investing asap so if there are any brokers or agents experienced with investing in the area, please let me know while i begin my hunt for my first project!
