Refi providers Maui Hawaii
Man, these interest rates keep dropping and although I just refied my primary in March with a 20yr/ 3.25 rate (no points) I know I can do better now. Curious if anyone has any recommendations here in Maui and what rates you’ve seen. I’d like to keep a 20 yr most likely. Mahalo in advance!

You can if you want, but 3.25% is still good and you will still have transaction costs. I guess it depends if you can get an offer that makes it worth it.
3.25% at no points is worth keeping
