 That sounds great, Barb. We actually do a real estate investor meetup on the first Saturday of the month in Kihei at South Maui Gardens. Next one is October 5thAt 8am if you can make it. My wife Caroline is a realtor here and I know she’s done a deal or two with your husband for places in Aina Nalu. I was so sorry to hear about your loss. 

I’m actually in Arizona at one of our properties until the beginning of October but am planning to be back in that first week. I’d love to grab coffee with you and I can share our experience with Cedar Creek and other syndicators if you’re interested.

We live on Maui, are accredited investors and invest in several syndications including Self Storage.  We are familiar with several operators, but we chose to work with AJ Osborne at Cedar Creek Capital.  We've been investing with him in self storage since 2020.  We've come to know him and his family quite well over the years and I can't say enough good things.  If you'd like to talk more or hear my thoughts on some of the other syndicators in this space, please DM me.  Or if you want to grab a coffee some time and wala'au, I'm happy to do that too!  Aloha!
