First Months as an Agent

What would be most productive to focus on in my first month as an agent?

I recently decided to get my license in CT, but still have a couple weeks before classes start. What do experienced and new agents think would be most beneficial to focus on?

Thanks!

Get a schedule. Have time to prospect to new or current leads(Hot, warm, cold leads). Have time for appointments. Have time to learn something new for your business. Have time to work on your business. The main thing when starting is having different fishing poles for leads and focus on that. As you grow hiring/delegating to someone tasks will help. Don't get overwhelmed or try 10 different lead gen things off the bat. Focus on 2-3 and excel in them.
