Well said. I think without adding some Bitcoin to your real estate business portfolio - you won't survive in the real estate game because high interest rates and inflation will eat your profits alive and you won't be able to refinance and stay competitive. Real estate is driven by debt and to win the game you gave to borrow and buy assets to produce cash flow.. however a REI investor's creditworthiness will depend upon their overall balance sheet.. You'll be able to hold some BTC on your balance sheet and It's worth looking into. Watch Leon Wankum on Youtube.

@Aaron Bannin Agreed. However we can mention that Real estate investment is no different but has been around longer and is regulated and micromanaged with much more scurtiny due to years of real estate scams, cloudy titles, stolen escrow monies, shady real estate agents, wholesalers and flippers. High interest rates with loan sharks (hard money lenders) and the like. The problem is with more scams comes more regulation to the point where we need more and more 3rd parties in between buyers and sellers (arms length transactions). The more 3rd party players involved..the slowert the transaction ls, more risk to the deal in the form of human error and unscrupulous actors in the chain of trust agents involved. As for scars and tears - yes it is and was like the wild west in crypto and bitcoin (two different things btw). However - these were most likely all adults with a brain, some money to invest and the entire wealth of knowledge, books, podcasts and videos to learn before investing. They got burned and probably should have. That's unfortunate and most unfortunate for those who got hacked or trusted 3rd party custodians like Celsius and FTX to hold their private keys. There are risks investing in everything even stamps and fine art. However new technology takes time to work out its limitations and will always get looked at by criminals to exploit innocent people. Thankfully, the Bitcoin network infrastructure and clarity is being built out as we speak and i believe both REI and Bitcoin will need each other sooner than later. Actually - I believe Bitcoin will ultimately make real estate more stable and secure and faster within the next few years.

Without cash flow and tax benefits.. why invest in real estate in the US? Isn’t Bitcoin less risky and a higher return?

Thanks. This is gold!

Looking for some strategies to locate good wholesalers that understand numbers (I know… hard to find) that I can possibly work with helping them find buyers in my area. I‘d like to bring deals to my investor buyers and possibly JV.

Type this in google in a new incognito window:

"sell my house fast" + [your city and state]

Example:

Wholesalers who are worth their salt have a strong web presence and reviews to back them up. If you want to find the people who are really serious, type this:

"powered by carrot" + [Your city and state]

Hope this helps!
