Hello All, so I'm interested in the Holyoke properties in Massachusetts and, not have been there, am curious about the area, schools, crime, average house, any up coming build they have, anything of that nature before investing over there. Any agents can help me out?

I live and work in MA. Holyoke is near Springfield, so the crime rate is higher. That being said, depending on the neighborhood, purchase price, rent rates..... it can be a profitable place to invest. There are a few colleges near by.
