Can you do more than one NACA loan a year?

And what do the numbers and math look like on a loan like this?

Hello All, so I'm interested in the Holyoke properties in Massachusetts and, not have been there, am curious about the area, schools, crime, average house, any up coming build they have, anything of that nature before investing over there. Any agents can help me out?

So in other words l, you gonna have it know before hand when it comes to buying a rental property from a seller. Doesn't that pose as a disadvantage for people like me who are new and don't have connections to said sellers?
