I work with flippers who buy from wholesalers. The average price isn't a problem, it's more about buying at the right price. What area are you looking to work?

I live and work in MA. Holyoke is near Springfield, so the crime rate is higher. That being said, depending on the neighborhood, purchase price, rent rates..... it can be a profitable place to invest. There are a few colleges near by.

I just got my RE license in MA. I've interviewed with a few brokerages but can't decide who to go with. Suggestions on what is most important when starting out?
