Newly licensed Real Estate Agent
I just passed my state exam and its official I can now apply for my license. Now that I am done I am stuck on going inactive or active. I'm new in Atlanta and I don't know a good broker to start with. What are some things I should avoid or apply when it comes to signing up with a brokerage to work under??

I suggest new agents go with a brokerage that offers an education program. That's what I did and it helped a lot.
And you want to look at what they have to offer you to help get business. Are they going to give you a top agent to mentor you? Are they going to help with marketing? That kind of thing.
