Has anyone had success circle prospecting?

Expired are way down and I'm looking for a way to generate buyer and seller leads so I'm looking into circle prospecting. I would like to to see if anyone here has had success in getting NOW business as well as future business using this technique. I have NO problem cold calling expireds as that's how I started in real estate and where the bulk of my business has come from but I want to see what success you folks have had to help me judge whether this will be a good thing for me.

I have had some good results!  I have a nice list of potential sellers, and have sold 1 house as a result of circle prospecting.  Always try to get their contact info, and keep them on a drip, and call back reminders!  I would also recommend a dialer...
