I am looking to invest in buy and hold properties and don't have a strong set of carpentry skills. Where do I start in learning those skills that I need? Most schools even adult schools don't have carpentry classes and I really don't want to learn by doing because i don't have  a lot of money to play with if I screw something up. Any ideas. TIA

Expired are way down and I'm looking for a way to generate buyer and seller leads so I'm looking into circle prospecting. I would like to to see if anyone here has had success in getting NOW business as well as future business using this technique. I have NO problem cold calling expireds as that's how I started in real estate and where the bulk of my business has come from but I want to see what success you folks have had to help me judge whether this will be a good thing for me.

These are leads from my home value landing page so the goal is for them to get a call sometime after they fill out the web to lead form. The script would start by asking them if they received the home value report and then would go on to ask if they agreed with it. Either way they would eventually be asked how soon they were looking to sell and then try to set an appointment for an agent to preview the house.
