Thanks so much for the information. I will definitely sign up for those clubs, as like you hinted, the Winnipeg area is lacking BP members. Still an amazing resource though :) 

I was thinking more of a total real estate portfolio being valued around $1M, so around 3-5 properties depending on size. Definitely not profit but that would be nice.ha

Hi BP Members,

I am a new investor in the Winnipeg market and I am wondering if anyone has any recomendations for a Real Estate Agent? 

I am looking to invest in primarily multi-family and single family homes to start off. This will be my first investment property. I have educated myself well so someone who has real world experience in investing in investment properties would be a great asset.

Any suggestions?
