I passed my exam this week and have been searching online looking at the different Broker options. After days of looking I'm no closer to making a decision.

Primarily I took the exam so I could sell/buy my own properties. I am interested in being an agent part-time and would like to start doing property management either in the future when I can take the Broker exam or if I find a Broker who would allow it.

I have looked at some online based Brokers and really like the flat fee commission options. $500 or 10% whichever is less sounds good, but I'm sure there is value in the face to face I'd get in a local office and the training they may provide.

I would LOVE to hear opinions one this from others with some experience. Thanks!

Yep!

And you could just search for real estate agents in your area and look to see how many listings they have and how many sales they've done in the past few months.  You'll know right away.
