I need an investor friendly agent in South Florida to help me buy an investment property. I am looking for a SFH or a multi-unit, duplex, triplex, or a fourplex ideally in Broward county but would be open to Palm Beach County and Miami-Dade county for that right deal.

I'm already pre-approved for a loan up to $200k and actively looking on the MLS and other sources.

I need someone that knows the current rental market really well. I need great advice and to be turned in the right direction. I need someone that knows what units should be rented for in areas that i'm interested in.

@David Rocca I also recommend you link up with some wholesalers who might have some off market investment properties (if you haven't already). For example I've got a duplex in Miami right now that can't be found on the MLS. (send me a message if you're interested in more info)

This suggestion is not in lieu of an agent, but in addition to...As you said, an agent can be very helpful in getting a handle of the comps, etc.
