Interesting @Ari Knepel I'd possibly be open to Jacksonville at $50-$60k - I heard some great thing are going on in that area. I will reach out to you. 

Great advice @Jeff Copelandthank you. I was thinking the same. SFH are nice but you run the risk of a higher vacancy rate. Multi family duplex are hard to come by these days. I need to get more creative to find that deal that will cash flow.

I'm still new to real estate investing so I need a little guidance and advice on which way to begin. I already decided that I want to be a buy & hold investor. The question is do I start out with SFH or Multi-Unit and why? Any replies would be appreciated.

I'm looking for information about the rules and laws around the foreclosure statute of limitations in Florida. Are there such a thing? From my understanding if you are in foreclosure for over 5 years and still in the home you can keep the home but the bank will be on title? Or something to that effect.

Can I get some insight to this topic? Has anyone been through this?
