Houston Investor in need of RE Agent
So.. of course I've thought about getting my real estate license (only to gain access to the MLS) - but who wants to go through the hassle when you're not planning on being an agent?
My name is Michael, I'm a wholesaler in the Houston, TX area- I'm actively looking for a investor friendly RE agent in the Houston area who can provide me with comps. & has buyers who are always looking for great deals. I'm just getting started, so I'm only looking to do 1-3 houses a month..so don't think I'm going to drive you bananas. I promise I won't.
P.S. Of course you will be compensated. No one works for free. This is a great way for you to make extra cash on the side. We can discuss your commission for every deal we get closed!

Hey Michael my name is Eric Dickinson. I am a realtor here in Houston. I was actually about to post in the forums to let people know that I am looking to work with investors and your post poped up on the list. I would be more than willing to help you run comps, fill out contracts and other things you neef help with. I am a new agent working on building a team. Let me know if you need anything.
