Pros and Cons of wrapping your car with your realtor marketing material?
Title says it all :)
We are exploring the option of wrapping our cars with our team's marketing material. Nobody does it in our area.
Any of you have experience with it? Does it bring in good leads?
Slightly worried about higher personal retaliation or damage to property than if I were driving an ordinary car, incognito car.
Thank you BP!

some of my agents would just use magnets so they could put them on and take them off.
Can you remember any wraps you've seen in the last month and what business they advertised? Did you take a picture or write down the number of the business? Have you actually done business with any of them? There's your answer.
Same for any other advertising you plan to do.
Personally I think very focused marketing gets more bang for the buck for a small business. Targeting people who have high potential to use your service, vs very broad general advertising.

We do Self storage. Have our signage on our truck. No retaliation. Gives credibility when pulling up to a location.
I would look over your advertising dollars before isolating on one. Then decide in your spending versus objectives.
Longterm
Billboards
Vehicle advertising
Bus benches or bus advertising
Etc
Short term.
Yard signs
Google ads
Postcards
Etc.

Bruce not sure if any of the brokers in your market do this : they buy a box van and put their signage on it.. and say this is a free moving van for my clients.. And they advertise that way.

I do see some of those. Seems like a good idea. Probably tough to measure ROI for me, but I think it is good idea. Some have juiced that up too with all kind of party rental items. Table, chairs, margarita machines, tents, moving dollies, and more.
The free moving van is genius and fits perfectly the "helpful realtor" motto.

It wouldn't bring a bunch of new clients but would help credibility when you go to appointments. It's worth it if you have the extra $$ to put towards it. The moving van is genius. There is a team in our area that has a Uhaul franchise and they kill it with people looking to buy/sell from it
