Hey Utah friends. I am looking to purchase a single or multi family property close to Sandy to rehab and either sell or rent. I noticed M&M Properties SLC has the most positive google reviews but was wondering if any of you have had experience with them. Also, Pineapple Property Group is a close runner-up. Opinions? Recommendations for property manager in Madison, AL? Home South Property Management? Astro? Rosenblum? I am more concerned with customer service than prices. Experience with a good PM? Bad PM that I should avoid? I am inclined to go with Home South since they are close proximity and my Realtor is affiliated with them, but I have not been able to find any reviews on them. Please let me know. Thanks

What is the name of the property manager you're having a hard time with? I want to avoid them.

Are any of you aware of a good property manager in this area? (Lexington and Richland County) I have never visited the area and wondering if it's too far from Columbia or if there's still plenty of business and amenities around.
