Looking for advice from people who have passed the New Jersey real estate exam.

I just signed up for a pre-licensing course so that I can get my required 75 hours to take the state exam. Does anyone have any advice for prepare for the exam? How should I study? What material should I study? Are there any books, websites, or practice tests that you know of? Thank you to whoever responds.
