Advice for becoming a long distance buyers agent.

I am currently aspiring to become a long distance buyers agent in New York, will begin studying for my license after graduating from college in August after three years at 21.

My plan is to specialize in investing in long-distance investing in Upstate NY, as well as investing in my own properties, with my own cash or with partners.

Any tips or advice on how to find a mentor, or network with others to help me learn as much as I can?

I would suggest finding a successful out of state investor friendly agent in your market. Get in their office and cold call for them to find deals and they can teach you things during the process
