Real Estate Agent Question

Good Day, fellow investors,

I have been looking for real estate agents in my local market and had a meeting with an agent recently. The agent mentioned an exclusivity contract and I wanted to ask what everyone's take on it is. What are the pros and cons of signing it or is it better to not? Thank you for the advice and happy investing.

Many agents may want to know you will not waste their time and switch to another agent after investing their time and efforts to assist you.

I can tell you (from an agent’s perspective), that’s not a good feeling. It’s happened to me a couple of times. And though I can’t get the time back, I try to see the good from it.

    I hope this helps.
