Hello BP,

I am real estate agent out of Texas. I am thinking about getting my license in another state and moving there. Will this be difficult or just the same job different area?

I think its a great approach to expand your yourself and making yourself more marketable. Its one thing to grow your referral network but its another thing to take the bull by the horn and do it yourself. I applaud you for entertaining to take the risk on. If you are interested in New Jersey let me know and I would be more than happy to talk to you about life of a New Jersey realtor.
