Finding the right Real Estate Agent
So I am looking to start investing soon in the South Texas area, where I am looking to do flips with 2 other partners. I will start searching for a Real Estate agent in the next few days and already have about 8 agents I want to reach out to. I was wondering if I could get some suggestions on what to ask or what to look out for when interviewing the agents?

Question: Will they submit your offers before seeing the property?
Correct Answer: Yes
Q: Are they set up to provide you with a daily set of listings based on a digitally established set of priorities, that are extracted from the MLS?

Q: Are they fluent in submitting HUD offers?

Q: Are they expecting you to be exclusive to them and will they expect you to sign an agreement saying so?
