So I am looking to start investing soon in the South Texas area, where I am looking to do flips with 2 other partners. I will start searching for a Real Estate agent in the next few days and already have about 8 agents I want to reach out to. I was wondering if I could get some suggestions on what to ask or what to look out for when interviewing the agents?

Brandon Goldsmith it is definitely in my plans to get a mentor. I just want to educate myself a little beforehand to get a better grasp of everything when I am actually working with my mentor. Thank you for the advice!

So I am in the process of learning about Real Estate Investing and trying to gain some knowledge of the game. My intention is to do it while I work at the beginning and eventually transition over to it Full Time. I would really appreciate any tips/pointers on where to get started or what to read/learn about.
