Newb: Hearing Crickets After placing offers

I’ve been submitting multiple offers on properties in my market . After submitting offers I’m not hearing anything back, not even a rejection . My agent says the multiple selling agents aren’t getting back to her . Is there any advice you could give a newbie to get me moving to the closing table on some of these properties? I’ve been offering $2,000-$10,000 over asking ensuring there the numbers still work for the deal . I’ve been offering $1,000-$2,000 in earnest money most of the properties are $45,000-80,000

It's not you, it's the market.  Sellers are in control.  They're holding out for all cash offers 10 to 20 percent above asking price, no contingencies, no inspections. . .and they'll likely get it.  Our business is based on dealing with motivated sellers.  Don't become a motivated buyer.
