Opinions on Buy and Hold in Huntsville/Madison, AL

Hi all, I am new to the real estate business and just finished my first home purchase.  I'm looking for another location and interested in Huntsville/Madison Alabama area.  Does anybody have any opinions on investing in this area?  I would also love to network with an agent in this area as I'm having a hard time finding someone.  I would appreciate any advice!
