New Flip in East Texas: Replace Windows Or Leave Original

We are on the last stages of our first flip since we moved to Longview, TX. The house has old windows that work but are single paned. Should we replace the windows and have a fresh look, or leave them the same?

@Ivan T. really need more information...have you completely remodeled the rest of the house?

What type of area are you in, do the surrounding homes have new windows? Are the current windows in good shape?
