Hello everyone, I am new to the real estate investing world and I would like to get to know more about real estate. I live in NJ and I plan on flipping a house later this year to build up some wealth because I am currently a junior in college. Any advice on where to start out? What to do and not to do? Any advice would be useful and appreciated!!

Thank you

Warren Buffett:

"A simple rule dictates my buying: Be fearful when others are greedy, and be greedy when others are fearful"

"Rule No. 1: Never lose money. Rule No. 2: Never forget rule No. 1."

And a big one everyone needs:

"It's far better to buy a wonderful company (property) at a fair price than a fair company at a wonderful price."
