Any advice on starting off in real estate? I want to invest in a house renovation and soon after get into rentals. Any advice would be appreciated!!

I am currently looking at houses to flip for my first one. I will be partnering with another investor and I was wondering if $20,000 would be enough for a minor flip? Painting, flooring, kitchen renovation, etc.

Hello everyone, I am new to the real estate investing world and I would like to get to know more about real estate. I live in NJ and I plan on flipping a house later this year to build up some wealth because I am currently a junior in college. Any advice on where to start out? What to do and not to do? Any advice would be useful and appreciated!!
