NEVER LOSE YOUR HUSTLE!I had a slow couple of weeks being in the middle of the winter and I made sure I was putting in the calls and the time to bring the business to me instead of wishing on a lucky star that it would come to me. I was going for a walk just outside of my neighborhood when I saw a home that was not being lived in, lights off, snow on the ground, not the best landscaping, etc. I sent a text message to the owner after skip tracing her asking if she would consider letting the home go because I was looking for a flip or rental in the neighborhood, she called me right away. My team met her at the home the next day because I had a COVID test pending results. She was in a tough place, did not have the money to do repairs and needed to get out immediately. We locked up the home under contract, did no repairs and sold it to one of my clients for a profit of $32,000+, this was not the sweetest part of the deal. We got the seller well over what she was hoping to get and are even looking to bring her on our team to be a recruiter. This is just one thing that happened to me this week from the time I put in weeks ago. Do not stop calling, keep rocking your dialer. The more you help others get what they want, the more you get what you want. YOUR COUCH IS YOUR DREAM KILLER!!!
