Hello all, looking for some good reading material. Show us your favorite reads be it or business, real estate, personal growth etc.. Anything you might feel can help with growing your wealth and or just give you a good motivational push.

@Oscar Jara Bigger Pockets has some solid choices of course. But I like to get a bit more in the weeds. I'd recommend two books with more of a technical focus:

• What Every Real Estate Investor Needs to Know About Cash Flow
• Every Landlord's Tax Deduction Guide

Both are great options that helped me quite a lot!
