@Oscar Jara Bigger Pockets has some solid choices of course. But I like to get a bit more in the weeds. I'd recommend two books with more of a technical focus:

  • What Every Real Estate Investor Needs to Know About Cash Flow
  • Every Landlord's Tax Deduction Guide

Both are great options that helped me quite a lot!
