Starting out, how to grow moving forward..

Hello everyone,

My name is Marquez. I’m new to BP community. I currently live near the Frederick, Gaithersburg, Rockville area of Maryland and I’m looking to get into buying and renting, I have a background working in mortgage and finance in banking but looking to get into owning rental property within the next year. I know a huge key is the market for which your trying to get into real estate, far as location and other key factors. I do have plans of doing this more but understand I need to start a good basis and foundation with my first property and build the best way possible. Hopefully this is the right place to network and connect with others who share similar interest and goals in real estate going forward.
