Moving from NJ to FL
Hi! Loving this app so far. Quick question if anyone could help I would be grateful!
Looking to purchase first property (Condo in Florida). Moving there out of NJ. Curious what I should be focusing on when choosing a place to move. Schools? Employment rate? Crime rate?
The purpose of purchase is to own a property, not really looking to flip. But after a couple years have the property paid off and rent out while I purchase another property to live in.
Budget is about 100-125k.
Anything helps!

Well depending on your lifestyle and what you can afford, will ultimately determine where you live. The more south you go in Florida, the more expensive I think it is, generally. Central Florida and Northern Florida seem to be more affordable. Northern Florida offers a similar lifestyle to South Florida with a lot less people and crowd. North Florida gets relatively chilly compared to down South. All depends on what you’re looking for.
