Financing Suggestions for a Newbie

I'm a newbie investor and just started my first house hack. I'm looking to get another property by the end of the year, but me and my wife had to use a lot of savings to get into our current house. I'm looking for recommendations of the best places to start to about financing methods (specific books, podcast episodes, etc.). Also if anyone has any specific methods of financing that worked well for them when they were first starting out with not much cash that would be great too! Thanks!

@Nate Arrington I have yet to do my first deal but a book I'd recommend is The Book on Investing in Real Estate with No (and Low) Money Down by Brandon Turner. It's a great read and really breaks down the different creative strategies you can use.
